Google Ad Grants allow any library that is classed as a non-profit organisation or has a registered charity affiliated with it to get the equivalent of $10,000 per month of free Google ads. 

The North of England Institute of Mining and Mechanical Engineers (NEIMME) in Newcastle has one of the largest collections on mining engineering in the world. Since September 2020 DCA and Koios have been working with NEIMME to drive more visitors to their site. The pilot has so far given the library over £30,000 worth of free Google Ad spend and attracted thousands of new visitors to their site.
